I liked almost everything there. 1. Good Experience working in a voice and technical process. 2. Worked under few processes. 3. Learnt a lot there from communication perspective and it played really good role in my next job.

Evening or Night Shift however it was the need of the business. It was not a hidden secret for employees like me. At times calling becomes monotonous and boring however it is with every work you do if it is same in nature.
