Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.

My biggest mistake to give my golden period they don't deserve stable employees because after 10 yrs salary increment is too low as compared to other organisations, IJP only valid for those have skills to buttering gossips with senior, those employees keep happy to senior from anyway except work, Don't stay a long time without permotion always make short time goal with this company, If you are tenure then no one recognised you , now you are a machine only for them ....Read More

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

Working culture, promotion, negligible hike , they are not focusing on quality of work instead they are focusing on how much time you are sitting on your chair, which makes all the environment toxic. If we are working on holidays they are giving compoff, which is unacceptable as i have enough leaves already

There is lots of politics in the office and the worst part is my Associate director and HR Manager flirts with the advisors everytime they visit on the production floor...Some girls uses this as a power that I know this person and that,etc...We work in this kind of environment in Birla Paints process...

The support staff is good but they are not promote you to the next position.

The management is biased and also they are not promote you to the next position the all game is that if you are buttering your management they will promote you to the next position and if you are not buttering your management so they never promote you eventually if you are good in everything

If someone delivery his basic KRA his or her job is secure. No problem with work, we are ask to deliver a reasonable target but there are some issue with C sat rating because of company policy we get dsat by customer.

Dislikes

I don't like working in grave yard shift which start at 1:00 am and ensure at 9:30 am.

poor managerment favourtism culture less salary people who can work more given more work and extending shifts no credit no salary hike. no promotions until the person who is more senior (age) is working in same band level gets promoted job security is only for the people who are favourite and can do personal work for the management
