I started my journey with Concentrix on 3rd September 2019 and it's been 2years and 8months that I worked in Concentrix. This journey has been awesome. Company has supported us in covid times also it's a great place with amazing work environment.

The most worst organization, thye destroy the careers of employees. The company is unstable and they say the employees are unstable. Idiotic behaviour by Managers. After resignation and serving the notice period of 30 days the post false fake and wrong reviews. I was working for 2.5 years and after that I have submitted resignation served the notice period. 4 Hr's have been changed since I was joined but I was stable and the say I am unstable....Read More

It's employees based company ..good for fresher to start career if u want to work in a bpo industry ..I worked for 3 yrs and can say it's realy good unless u get better team leaders I was blessed to have it.

Yes there is a lot of politics salary is decent but growth is too slow unless u know how to please management but not all r same .mostly issues with leaves and there is no 2 way transportation..

In that lockdown no one can loose their job. Even not getting system to work from home. We have 100% job satisfaction in office field and WFH. My compny runs a various program such like that CSR activity, family connect, medical advise, and many more...
