I like salary that comes on time. All processes are awesome in this company except T-Mobile.

I don't like T-Mobile process at all. It's ruining employees life there. No work life balance in this process. Client wants one employee to work for 3-4 employees alone. I mean work pressure is a lot in this process. If you're NPS is below 40% in current month, you will get time for one month to get it improved and if you are fail in that you will be fired. So, no job security at all. Before we used to work for sprint but this process came in between and we got trained for it. All employees who were for sprint, almost 80-90 % left the company within 3-4 months after they came in T-Mobile. Now, only new employees are working there. All food courts in Tower C on 6th floor have worst quality of food. They are always ready to get money from customers but they are not ready to give worth food at all. There is a supervisor named Preeti Bora in T-Mobile process under Gaurav Malhotra ( manager). I really respect that lady but team had a problem with her that she didn't know how to lead the team to make them work efficiently. When anyone used to get dsat or had low NPS in team she used to start pinching him/her, she always used to stand behind us, used to shout everytime to work in a better way, she used to keep focusing on what we are doing on chat and used to interrupt in between. Though it is good but I want to say that she was not ready at all to leave us to work with free mind. Because I believe when employees work with free mind they are much better to create results. There was one more supervisor named Puneet. He was awesome, cool minded guy. He always used to be there with his team but never used to interrupt in his team's work.
