There was too much office politics at Concentrix, with management heavily involved. Job security was nonexistent; if they didn't like someone, they pressured them to resign. During my tenure and even after leaving, I witnessed many such cases.

According to my offer letter I have to work 9 hours and 30 mins but they make us work 9-7 ie 10 hours of shift. Basically it should be 9 hours. When I even talked to HR regarding the same he denied and said it’s miss print. But as I checked the offer letter for my colleagues also there it was also 9.5 hours. We are also humans we can’t work 10 hours in that much low salary.

This is subjective to different processes as Concentrix Daksh is a BPO company. Concentrix is a great company which provides great ambiance or environment and job security. While there are different processes in the company, likes or dislikes are subjective to that. Else, company provides you all basic needs.

Again, this is subjective to different processes as Concentrix Daksh is a BPO company. I am working in customer service of the Facebook process where there is no resolution to provide to customers. What could be worse when you're working in a customer service profile and you do not have any resolution to give.
