The process which i've got was really good.. the timings are good we get salary on time... we give feedback to the management and they listen... Job security is the main factor... most of the employees are working for the company for more than 5 yeas in same job post...

In our process, we don't get overtime, the job is good but the increment and promotion process is kinda biased... no matter how much you put efforts in the company they will always increase salary on the basis of documents...

1. No issues with salary. 2. They never mark UPL even if you take unplanned leaves.

...Rs. 3. Long working hours. 4. Incentives only upto 2k. 5. No good pay for OT. 6. Low salary and very less increment. 7. Very low career growth opportunities.

I guess it depends on place where cnx is.. like i initially worked in pune & the workplace & the co workers were very nice & it was a great experience but when i started working in gurugram it was a nightmare.. the pay can be nice but u should know how to get those on time..

... than 10 hours of shift there was a heated argument between my ops manager & I.. then i was pushed to work more & more without increase in my original in hand monthly salary as they kept on refusing.. they have this stupid rule of paying after 3 months for the overtime & incentives that u earn but if u leave the company even if u earned it they wont pay.. that is how they managed to steal all my hardwork money when i left the company... They kept on changing their process rules everyday & every month they gave me a warning letter.. whenever i confronted saying i was never told about it or its not correct they would shut me down.. in pune cnx i was best employee almost every month with exceptional work records & even selected for UK trip sponsored via cnx for a month but due to medical reasons i had to quit.. & i had so much of expectations when i joined again but didnt know that gurugram cnx is horrible on another level... Will never go back to gurugram cnx ever..

Work from home. Few TL's are supportive but most of them don't even know proper English and are managing teams.

Very bad salary structure and peanuts in the name of appraisal. High jail time work pressure.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is not decent and career growth is also slow.
