The salary package is very low as compared with the culture of city like gurugram. The salary is not sufficient for the employees for the families

I was hired in convergs and that is a amazing company in all things but when concentrix acquired convergys things became pathetic. Everyday employees felt demotivated, bullies by pathetic management and in my last months they became dictator that cuts employees basic salary Suggestions not to join this one if you are capable enough

... No family satisfaction 5. No leaves even if you have leaves in your kitty 5.1. Salary deduction 6. Threatening employees if target not met 7. Showing sympathy but they shows only do not do anything 8. They says we are one concentrix and says welcome to concentrix family, I wish no one has this kind of family

Work environment was really good , most top management employees were really friendly and amiable , had a lot of fun there

The salary package that they offer you is peanuts , very low , they should pay more to the employees

Nothing even if you work hard, your one negligence or wrong doing will be reflected and salary will be deducted, no one can works perfect as per the given sets of rule, sometimes mistake happen but they will not listen and on the name of disciplinary action salary is deducted. Trust me this is coming from someone who achieved 6 months excellence performance award among 250 employees but it is not even considered.
