Dislikes

No growth. All false promises. All liars working at the top. Spread racism and hatred towards the employees. Only the boot lickers gets promoted. Inhuman targets with rude behaviour of the management. The management works like the North Korean government. I would request the young students that it's better you die out of hunger but don't enter concentrix Kolkata location. Never. Your sole will rott in hell if you do so. I personally had a good experience with concentrix, specially in the time of pandemic. But career growth is little slow, otherwise work culture is good. Best wishes for Concentrix.
