Everything is pathetic here. Companies vision is not about bringing up it's employees. They majorly focus on cost cutting, save money, acquire other small firms in that and they don't pay the promised or shown monthly incentives to you. We haven't seen annual hike is last couple of years. People at operation level are self centered and will be in favour of guys who does buttering job. No latest infrastructure and systems they make employees to work is outdated. It is not a good place to work for. Be it any branch. One of the worst experience in my carrier life. Salary issue. People are least bothered and nobody will fix any kind of issues that are highlighted. They just collect the feedback and forget the next moment. Not a recommended company to work for.

Boring. Come do your work and go back. Even after you slog, they will not recognise your efforts.
