Management in tier 2 cities is terrible. No respect for the juniors no understanding just work pressure. They treat you like servent even at TL level people are not spared.

Utkarsh Sir from (HR). He is really very supportive and fast to provide resolution

Dislikes

Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Domestic side of things is in complete mess. I was working in Brookfield location, Director Mr Nandy, a very very selfish man, not a leader definitely. People are quitting because of his autocratic ways of working. Needs to learn to groom people and not shout at them. Plus, poor HR leadership at this site.

If someone delivery his basic KRA his or her job is secure. No problem with work, we are ask to deliver a reasonable target but there are some issue with C sat rating because of company policy we get dsat by customer.

I don't like working in grave yard shift which start at 1:00 am and ensure at 9:30 am.

poor managerment favourtism culture less salary people who can work more given more work and extending shifts no credit no salary hike. no promotions until the person who is more senior (age) is working in same band level gets promoted job security is only for the people who are favourite and can do personal work for the management
