Dislikes

Though you get promotions and everything but the only challenge is they don’t change or revise the new salary as per market, it will be a flat increment which is very nominal and also the yearly appraisal those are something which is also very nominal to negligible. At times it feels like a person is underpaid, this place really has to work on this part.
