Just everything is disliking....was moved from day to complete with shifts and we dont even deserve shift allowance according to them....support staff is jyst to put on airs here....they never actually support...L2 either runs away or denies to take call escalations...and the freaking 3 month notice...i got a good offer but because o f np was held to and was unable to join...<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.but to my surprise they announced immediate relieving, right after 10 days i rejected my offer and was relieved with just 2 days prior notice and they will also not compensate a months salary</mark>...we were informed if we insist on completing notice they are gonna implement some performance plan or something and if any one found performing low will be terminated right away.....and immediate managers whom we report to they are so freaking annoying that they cant even stand we making friends among colleagues. They never think of employees...asked for sick leave and was asked to come office and take permission. They dont even have proper canteen if you forget your box it will be really troublesome to fill your tummy. Is joined as a fresher and even after appraisal i.e., after 14 months my salary and the fresher who joined recently is same. HR team is so worst here especially Madhuri, they dont respond properly,for small doubt she will make us to speak with some guy as if he feels he is a god there i dont know again what Manager tthinks over there.so much of attitude, unprofessional. they behave same as Consultancy. The lady Madhuri hats of to her attitude the way she s peaks to resources. She dont send proper and accurate Interview invites and return she scolds. she doesn't know how to speak with the experienced resources. Is this is the way HR will be? dont know how to receive the candidate and make him to understand about the company? Her false promises. For her targets she is playing with us<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. she says join the company, we will give you work from home, will give joining bonus</mark>. But when we join the company, they will ne not giving bonus nor work from home. NOTE : she gives questions and Answers what panels ask, same questions are asked.MR HR Manager hire someone very professional, well behaved, nice to the resources. You are not running some Vegetables market or fish market sir, you are running a company. Behavior, Discipline, Professionalism is important. for freshers and 1 year experience people, this company is ok and get adjust, but someone like experienced and worked for well known companies will not work here. Even i heard from others also that they dont really value the employees and understand there needs. They just running business to show US guys that they are doing tremendous job. No Flexible timings also it seems. only HR people can come anytime and go anytime. No Dress code to HR but to other employees. Senior resources wear T-shirts and Chappal and roam whole Company but when we do, they will question us. Unprofessional Company, you will not learn anything. All negative energies are there in the building. Strictly no work from home option or Hybrid mode, even if the employee was suffering from Covid, they gave 1 week leave and ask that person to join the company. If they die also they dont care. Nice support from colleagues and security guards also good in behavior with all employees. Worst thing is management, TL and HR team don't respect employees. They will tell on face don't work if we are speaking anything fact.

Dislikes

Worst management and HR team. No cab facility, traveling allowance and Insurance. Company will deduct for 1 day salary for 3 late logins, they don't see if it even a half sec to 9:Am. In case employee don't want to come when he will be late he will be pressured so much from his TL to come to office. After coming and working, that day salary will not be counted....Read More
