1) There is no boundary as such between departments, everyone is easily accessible. Everyone is just a call away. Everyone means everyone, even CEO of the company. 2) You can bring any new technology and tools. Everyone is open to that. 3) Growth prospect is pretty straight, Feel it like home and company will take care of everything. Your growth depends upon your potential. If you are good at something, company does not take time to give you that opportunity. 4) Compensation and benefits are best in the Industry. 5) Job security : You need not to be worries about this because you are working for a company which is a part of largest stock exchange in Europe continent (Euronext). There is nothing to dislike about this. "I would use this space to answer one review just above it who is telling absolute lie, just to defame the company. This place is strictly not for those people who want to delegate the tasks and just sit back and relax. Every one in the company is doing their best to make it next biggie in FinTech world. Company growth and it's list of clients is the proof."
