No support provided. They expected the employees to purchase own laptop and also asked the employees to break the government rules of the train timings and come to work by taking a risk. The manager blamed and removed employees because they denied to come to work amidst the pandemic. The management. How much ever hard the employees work, I small mistake and gone. Hard work is appreciated only in words sometimes. They make the KRA according to their own rules and change it whenever they want. Add new rules to KRA whenever they want.. They give responsibility to employees which is not included in KRA, as a result rating in KRA goes down.
