Worse experience with Cognizant, the project they will assign you won't have future and you have no option they will make you work or go on the bench
No future growth ,the management are just to save there position, no technical knowledge, they will treat you like slave ,they won't approve the leaves and make you to work on Saturday. Mentally they will torcher the agent ,and after few day they will ask the employe to be on the bench and take search new job

One of the best employee centric company in service based industry, recent statements from leaders from other organisation is shameful and treating their employee as daily wage labourer but thankful to my company leadership who has great vision and decisions are made towards employee focus.
