No promotion for more than 2 yrs, manager citing dumb reasons like he got low rating so take yours low as well. Asked to invent new things, create issue and solve them to show as achivement. Repeatative copy paste job, manager is dumb, higher management don't care anything abt employee.

As a technical support analyst, your leaves depend on the team. I worked on 3 different teams 1. Large team you have to preplan the leaves minimum 15 days before the start of each month, so it is hard to get leaves for festivals 2. Good manager always approved leaves 3. Can't even imagine to take leave tightly packed roster. Work life balance is good because I was in work from home most of the time. The best part of cognizant is skill development - Free Udemy subscription, Free vouchers for Microsoft, Google, AWS certifications. Job security depends on situations. Few of my friends were in bench for more than 6 months, happily receiving salary without joining any project. While one of my friend was dismissed from cognizant because of not reporting to office during bench time. In my first 2 years this company was great, but when a lead snatching all of his colleagues from previous organization to here to make some inner political barrier, then things start getting out of hand

Many thing No leaves, in TJX you have to work in national or client holiday no matter what happens Total politics, people who licking their feets will get promotion Always taunting & abusive in nature I got released from my project to just because I asked for leave for medical purpose
