Likes

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is not much transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are ok ok and they give OK OK salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Nothing much cons. Just salary increment can be improved and arrears are not good option every year. Try to retain the existing deserving candidate rather than hiring a new one more expensive.

The lively environment with the presence of bunch of youngsters across the country was a fun factor in the organisation.

In my 2 years of tenure with this organisation I had faced the worst work environment which didnt give space for my personal life. In terms, of seniors support, i haven't received a any moral support from them which subsequently downrated my motivational level to perform well. The lack of transparency from seniors in terms of careergrowth and learning opportunities.
