The appraisal and Hike is not good...more employees engagement is required. Office infrastructure is also not the best.

Nothing went my way at Cognizant. Had to leave within 2 months. Same with my 2 other colleagues. Not proper role mapping Hired persons holding 7-10 yrs of experience and asked to work on L1 profile. Management is not good at all.

Dislikes

Role mapping Higher Management No KT process for new joiner. Learn yourself and work Culture at cognizant is not helping their colleagues. Anyone joining with more than 7-10 yrs pf experience. Check everything 10 times before joining. Be very very very very very very very careful before joining. You will be compromising your peace of mind, your job profile, work life balance. No role of HR.
