to get promotion you have to be in good book of VP, EDL etc.. and very pro Tamilian culture. if you are tamil then you get 1st chance for promotion. Salary structure not upto the mark like another MNC, So you can't save more tax

If you have the thrive to upskill , you can make utilize of different platforms provided by them, udemy and virtual labs have helped me grow in my career. Then you have to be too blessed to have a good manager. Unfortunately I have got it only in my first project. Some of the projects are wfh approved. Office facility is also good

Dislikes

I did feel like there is Tamil supremacy running all over the accounts. It's difficult to get into their good books. My current project is the best example to it. So our appraisal and all are biased I would say.
