Not a lot of work pressure. Very peaceful work culture. If you are lucky, you may get a great process to work with. Salary is good too.

Very notorious for putting people on bench. I was training the employees of two clients for 3 months and had successfully improved their performance, but when the time came for me to show my work to the management, they said that both the clients were not a part of the service line. All my efforts were a waste. No recognition at all. Nothing! A month later they put me on bench because they did not have any projects for me. Once you are on bench, you are just supposed to go to office on your own money (no cab facility), and mark your attendance and do nothing.
