The exposure I got in Cognizant is quite embracing. The people having 7-8 years experience switched from other service to Cognizant are not even technically sound enough what Cognizant folks could do in 2-3 years of experience. Cognizant will give you chance to take ownership. The culture and learning curve is excellent in Cognizant. Although everything depends on project but still Cognizant gives you opportunity to build leadership qualities....Read More

Incentive and hikes were quite good until 2023 end. After that appraisal percent and promotions rules becomes very stringent.

CTS will always be one of my favorites..This is my longest tenure company while enjoying the good rating throughout..company policies are also quite relaxed and not that stringent....Work culture is good..Overall packages are good..Always encourage employees to update their skillsets..I resigned due to some personal reasons last year when my salary package was at its high..

Good and Employee friendly policies. If got hired for a good project, you will get lot of chances to learn.

Too much of politics and the management expects same culture from junior resources as well. HRs are pain, they are never helpful to associates and treats resources as if they themselves are paying for resources instead of company. Talks much about process oriented company, but actually doesn't follows any process. No transparency between employees and there immediate next level management.
