Cognizant, as an organisation is one of the fastest growing orgn, it has had audacious business goals and have reached the top much faster compared to their competitors. One gets plenty of opportunities to work across a huge suite of client spread cos of their spread and growth. Compensation is good.

Salary - Excellent
Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Having said, fast growth & autonomy Which had helped them to enter the race of being the Fortune 500, also remain/ is going to be a strong reason for their failure.They have missed to take a note/ control over their culture, one will not be able to find any respect for people, inclusivity, fairness in assessment,trust in the organisation. Salary Negotiation

Hi Everyone I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Now I got another offer from IBM with 11.5 fixed + 10% variable. My LWD is May 02 I want to Negotiate with PWC if they can give more than IBM . My query is How much can I ask for with PWC ?
