The only good thing about CTS is that they have got projects across different domains.

Dislikes

Bad HRs and Talent acquisition team. Nobody cares about your profile you'll end up in any random project under a random manager. On top of it the hikes are terrible and frugal. Only few vertical have good projects and work. Rest of them are just like BPOs

Compensation. You have a very very slow career progress. Promotions have become worst after introducing IJM. People here will get promoted soon, but the compensation after promotion is mere 15% irrespective of skillset you possess. There is no market correction here which makes the employees feel a lot undervalued.

There is a respect for meritocracy and comparatively little politics regarding bonus promotions etc once you are in mid to senior level of competency.Colleagues are generally smart and professional.The delivery team is excellent in most projects and most senior folks are easily approachable.
