Working in Cognizant was awesome if i see in terms of learning prospective like trainings and skills development

Dislikes

I had delivered miscellaneous clients with the best ever quality and 3 automations as well and got 14 client appreciations and was fighting for being promoted from associate to sr associate and worked almost 4 years with same role and 6 years in the org but i was not got promoted so finally resigned from that org...

Work Details

Health insurance is really appreciable

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
