The company was good before Brian Humphrey (CEO) could join.. but from when he became the CEO, the condition of cognizant is getting pathetic day by day. So many lay offs, no good hikes, lesser incentives, no annual functions, so much cost cutting in each and every small thing. Work culture is more worse. My team is like school where micro management takes place. I'm life is hell here. Dying for a switch!...Read More
