If anyone is going to join Core Cognizant projects ,you will enjoy the Company ,but please do not join MEDFIN INDIA PVT LTD in Kolkata which is a Cts owned company ,the management will kill you if you are a Fresher ,the politics there is a step beyond ,SDM Choudhary and MANAGER Moitra LOVE STORY REVOLVES AROUND IN MEDFIN,Intially COGNIZANT managenent overlooked the things and left everything in the hands of Medfin Mangement and lost the biggest project ,Now Cts is felling the bitterness and got involved ,but still they depend on them , If you get a chance to work under favourite and everyones special Manager ,and if you can butter them well ,you will enjoy the success , There is no proper metrics to judge the quality of work ,they will only run after quantity ,and if you have skills you can easily do fake productions nobody can trace also , I was the one who ranned after quality and ruined my growth even after having 5 stars and 4 stars in Kra they still did not promoted me ,they people who are kind of street side people who can act accordingly with them because they are best street side people whom you can meet be smart and do fake productions , Before the accquisition done by Cognizant it was just a local company Medfin ,suddenly after the accquisition old peoples salary got doubled and from local buses they got cabs home pickup and drop and you will see them at the top of world and those old people there know all tricks to do fakeproductions and all new will have to do quality production,and they will never let you grow , MEDFIN IND PVT LTD(CTS OWNED) IS THE WORST COMPANY IN KOLKATA ,PLEASE DO NOT JOIN ,ALL ROADSIDE PEOPLE THERE THEY WILL JUST EAT UP ALL YOUR DREAMS YOU WILL GET TRAPPED , BUT IF YOU GET COGNIZANT DIRECT PROCESSES JOIN IT ,COGNIZANT IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY ,YOU WILL LOVE WORKING IN CTS...Read More

The only thing I liked about working in that organisation is that the brand value which it created in my resume is quite satisfactory. Good for IT lads.

BPS vertical in Kolkata, Bantala location is not reliable to work with. They can terminate without prior notice and without any proper ground. Overall, not satisfied.

There is no management then strict like school you can't go anywhere when you In office even they give you small breaks like 10 min for 2 time and you have to be in 10 min in floor or scholding by senior its like studying in gurukul school then always taking about target if its not fulfill stretch or lots of OT they give no time managent if you come in morning next you have to come in B shifts
