I am an Operations Manager at Cognizant. I joined Cognizant in 2010 and had got an opportunity to work for multiple projects. I strongly recommend Cognizant for better career growth. Well I don't disagree on long working hours but long workings are required everywhere (incl in ur own business) so I don't treat that as a negative point as such, perhaps u r making sure your client / work commitment.
