Salary receipts are very transparent, also the company' s transportation is good but this completely depends on the supervisor arranging.

In the technical industry, management is should have aleast hands-on experience, however over here the managers are quite new in their role and also from non-technical background, lots of mismatch between the designation and roles-responsibily aligned. Also there are not much of technical staff available in CTS India because of the current management. A normal administrator of 9-11 years of experience, will eventually get frustrated in his first few months of CTS career by the time he would complete his one year in CTS he will certainly be serving the notice period. It's quite suprising and interesting, if one is 5-9 years of experience joins CTS, his colleagues will also be 2-15 months old, however the management will be 8-10 years old is CTS itself. Even the managers both of onshore/offshore have absolutely have no regards for their own employees, one will be working with 16-18 hrs even after his shift, there is absolutely no work life balance. Me and other leads in the current project have approximately taken over 200 interviews, offers were released to 60-70 employees with varied experience in different technical domains, however 15-20 employees joined and also few of them left.
