Abhorrent company and I dislike each and every thing about this organization. One need to forget their personal life if opting to join this company. No scope for growth, no exposure and no recognition. You just have to come and execute your daily tasks like a robot. 1. You don't know what you are doing. When a task comes, you just have to do what they ask for. Even if it's illogical. 2. One need to forget self respect. If your stakeholders are in pressure they will dump all of it on you (they treat you like a trash can) and surprisingly your manager won't help you with that. They expect you to get used to it. 3. No team outing and no team lunch or dinner. It's been two quarters since I joined. 4. No recognition or exposure or growth. I haven't seen my skip level manager till now. 5. A/C won't work.
