Except for the fact that they have a portal which has all company related applications at a common place there is nothing great about the company.

Dislikes

The work culture is getting worse, the policies are not at all employee friendly. There is no skill upgradation, or development. The financial benefits are not good, the increments and incentives are both very less. No importance is given to talent. It's just another company which used to be good but due to poor management has become a poor company.

Work Details

Cognizant mostly has support projects where there is no challenge. There is no importance to skill set, they just care to get you billed and will give any task irrespective of the skills you have.

Novartis Job Offer

Hi everyone, I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed). I recently received an offer from Novartis Hyderabad as Data Analyst level 3 with a CTC of 19.9 LPA (18.3 LPA fixed). Is this a good offer, or is it on the lower side for my experience? Would appreciate your suggestions! Any answers from people working at Novartis pls ?
