Loved to work with any assigned projects, internal movements are polite, work life balance is ok, overall cognizant is cognizant no change.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Work life balance need to be prioritized and management need to think of associates who work for more than 10 to 11 hrs than their regular shifts with no appriciation given. Lots of politics inside no one adressed or act.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

Great to join as a freshers to mid senior level , collabration is quite great, learnings are awesome, projects are super cool, payouts is great.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hi Everyone I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Now I got another offer from IBM with 11.5 fixed + 10% variable. My LWD is May 02 I want to Negotiate with PWC if they can give more than IBM . My query is How much can I ask for with PWC ?
