Good please to work but paid with high salary is manageable incentives and allwonce or good but shift allowance and oncall allowance neee to be increase . good life balance

Nothing, there was harassment made all the time when the management came to know i am about to leave the organisation, People like Sibananda and Mujeeb who worked as manager literally are useless managers in any sort of there dignity , decorum. Even it was last day of my work , though i had overcome there harsh behavior working for the organisation for more than 4 + years

I will not be willing to work CTS again if i am given chance will like to work on start up company
