Learnd many skills working in process but when it comes to the management it's totally worst. I worked 4 years I have not even taken single comp off I don't know where was that.still I didn't get 15 days salary after surving the notice period called HR ,MANAGER and main breach but there no response. There is the many think i dont like like for example timing for job not well there management system is very poor first if any candidate join its company so hr told him for 8 hours working but after joining he do a get more presure to your timing daily i have to take extra hours without extra work paid so it a very poor mangement system bcz here is not work as a profesional if i have right for legal extion so i am do definately raise legal action again cogent management bcz its companay compale to advisour for extra work without pay so kindly reqest dont join its company its totally your time waist for career...Read More

Overall experience is very bad because no one cares about what's going on. No job security no career growth and no skill development programs will be held to career growth
