Less opportunity to grow and learn different technologies. You will be allocated to a project and that will be the only exposure you have. Less likely to explore new technologies and approaches

Appraisals is really bad here. Even after getting highest performance band which coforge can offer, increment was only less than 8% last year, now this also it was communicated that increment will be less than last year and will be effective from 1st July which was supposed to be 1st April. No variable payout this year. Benefits like Special Dating Allowance, Take a Break etc got decommissioned after 1st January 2024 in name of cost cutting. Variable component is now based on performance band. They are offering band 4 position with every new joinee with 7 year of experience but the one who is working for almost 3 years and continuously performing exceptionally well still on band 3 position. It's a pathetic company to work. It won't be thinking of employees at all managers would stands next to your seat, to ask you about the work status. Senior managers are poorly technical abled.

Dislikes

Nothing is good here, nor even the transport facilities and the location itself , they mock to have multiple locations but actually there is only greater Noida as the main and working location they have and that too have a pathetic connectivity to the routes. And they also don't give hybrid and wfh even if required. They also don't have General shifts.

No Rigidity about Screen Time. If you can deliver your work in an hour no one would ask you to spend 8 hours on screen.

Dislikes

Pathetic Compensations. Misconduct and bully by Admin team. It is nearly impossible to get to HR on any issue, and even if you did they are no more than chat bots and pre-recorded calls.
