Projects are good as they have quite good clients working with top notch cloud & tech infrastructure leveraging multiple programming languages, frameworks and sophisticated tools. There is good enough learning opportunities if one is an entry to mid level resource, but that stagnates once you are in the project for a long duration.If you ask for Growth they will assign you more of similar sort of work without feeling the need to take care of your finances....Read More

Dislikes

Upper management is spineless in front of client and aggressive with their employees. They take 8 hours billing from client and give them free hand to assign resources for 24 hours Prodution support shifts way too often to disrupt your work life balance. Last year with the top rating, I was given a meager 3K hike on my monthly salary i.e. less than 0.5%. During yearly promotion cycle, they forget all the work and client appreciations and keep talking about normalization. Their office infrastructure is also getting very poor. When I joined in Gurgaon couple of years back, they had a twin tower office complex, recently they shifted to taking just 3 floors in a co-working space building which lacks the basic amenities an IT firm should have. Dry promotion is the trend here the would give an opportunity under the pretext of internal recruitment and refuse to give it in written or a salary increase and if you would ask for it they would say management is not ready for it you should look somewhere else of course off records

managers are very toxic ,not giving work on regular basis here there is no career growth in this company, toxic work culture,no appraisal or benefits and putting too much pressure always sitting idle no work on regular basis its like they give work rarely and then gap for couple of months then putting pressure not recommended

Dislikes

No work life balance. Too much micro management 2 days client office mandatorily and 1 day coforge office mandatory. No time for upskilling. Too much pressure from client and no time assigned for meetings like planning grooming and analysis. Due to this have to work on weekends as well most of the time.

Paid Cab which was earlier paid by company only. Company is located is far remote area and suddwn policy change to pay for cab. Even you take cab foe a day in month you have to pay for full month. VC A+ rated people get 30-35% of VC payment. No take break policy, no Bday Anniversary benifit. All withdrawn by company. Many more

There are no projects No job security Project interviews only happen for timepass, they won't ask you Work-related questions. No Support from Managers. Have to be on the bench for 2-3 months & all of a sudden HR calls you and asks for immediate resignation Don't join coforge even if they offer you high pay

if you are in team that is having good supervisor or TL , it is best, otherwise there are may people who don't know how to manage a team just putting a lot of pressure on dev , even they told you to work if there is a death or your father is hospitalized and finish it very poor management and if you are good in buttering or licking then you can get hike and promotion otherwise you need to be old enough (staying in the company for many years )in the organization to get that ....Read More

They will hire you for ggn location then will force to shift greater noida office. As only testing and BPO projects are in ggn. >HR are not helpful. They only support management. >Few project's managers are good there and they are also struggling. >Most of managers and hire management are non technical. They only know the extreme politics which impact medium and lower level employees. >No one will help you in work, except your peers, if they are not in politics. >One very good person was working there from last 25 years, company fired him also. Dislikes

When people hired at lowers salaries back in 2020 talk to HR about their salaries being lower than the juniors hired this year so the salary correction should be done. HR says go find a new job in the market we don't offer salary correction. Thats the kind of HR we have.
