Tbey dont have much projects after 4 months of joining they put me in bench more than 6 months and asked ne to come daily. They told in offer letter that they will provide cabs. But project denied it due to cost even after i changed my stay near to office.

Projects are good as they have quite good clients working with top notch cloud & tech infrastructure leveraging multiple programming languages, frameworks and sophisticated tools. There is good enough learning opportunities if one is an entry to mid level resource, but that stagnates once you are in the project for a long duration.If you ask for Growth they will assign you more of similar sort of work without feeling the need to take care of your finances....Read More

Upper management is spineless in front of client and aggressive with their employees. They take 8 hours billing from client and give them free hand to assign resources for 24 hours Prodution support shifts way too often to disrupt your work life balance. Last year with the top rating, I was given a meager 3K hike on my monthly salary i.e. less than 0.5%. During yearly promotion cycle, they forget all the work and client appreciations and keep talking about normalization. Their office infrastructure is also getting very poor. When I joined in Gurgaon couple of years back, they had a twin tower office complex, recently they shifted to taking just 3 floors in a co-working space building which lacks the basic amenities an IT firm should have. managers are very toxic ,not giving work on regular basis here there is no career growth in this company, toxic work culture,no appraisal or benefits and putting too much pressure always sitting idle no work on regular basis its like they give work rarely and then gap for couple of months then putting pressure not recommended

Paid Cab which was earlier paid by company only. Company is located is far remote area and suddwn policy change to pay for cab. Even you take cab foe a day in month you have to pay for full month. VC A+ rated people get 30-35% of VC payment. No take break policy, no Bday Anniversary benifit. All withdrawn by company. Many more

if you are in team that is having good supervisor or TL , it is best, otherwise there are may people who don't know how to manage a team just putting a lot of pressure on dev , even they told you to work if there is a death or your father is hospitalized and finish it very poor management and if you are good in buttering or licking then you can get hike and promotion otherwise you need to be old enough (staying in the company for many years )in the organization to get that ....Read More

I am part of ANZ and ASEAN geography. It's toxic , political, with incapable leaders Coforge in general is sales and number driven organisation with no focus on employees, their skills or their well being. They pay well as long as their margins are made. Mostly people continue to work with Coforge for high salaries and compromise with loss of dignity. But cant complaint people have got to serve food on the table I wish the organisations survive and thrive only if they are employee focussed. Being customer focused is q crap, because one cnnot be employee focussed has the empathy vein missing. Anyways the leaders here are thinking short term, work on higher roles and higher salaries and exit after 2 years. All good leaders here leave. Work life balance depends on the project you get, for me is was good. Coligues were supportive and helpful, again depends on your team. Initial pay(when you join) will be good compared to other services based companies.

There are too many things, I'll just point out few. Organization just cares about your billing to client and doesn't even care if you exist or not. No hikes after you join, only band 1 (excellent performer) resources would get it that to not too much it would be 3 to 4 percent. You never get a reply on your queries from higher management. Only mail you will get from then is when you doing fill time sheet as it's directly effects it's billing. Projects are too volatile any time project may get shut due to client funding issue. Job security is also not that much as you will be asked to resign if you are on bench for long time. Overall I don't recommend this company keep it as your last option....Read More
