HR's are worst fellows, weekend works, no perks, basic pay of salaries are very less, reductions in variable pay, lot of politics. The events which are conducted will be in a worst way, they wont even provide atleast good food at that times.

Everything right from onboarding to exit . Such a blady useless management and have no idea and budgets . When hired don’t have next steps what to do .. full of politics and blame game . Based on some Feedback they stick to it .. as if they are very Mr. Prefect . Full of micromanaging

Nothing. It's like a BPO and call centre, no job quality. They will fire once client say no I do not want this guy in project. They Directly fire. Everything. No good policies for employees. 0 percent hike 0-25 percent variable. From many people's not get appraisal from 3-4 years even more. Management and HR are very company centric. They do not have a single policy in favour of employees. Manager, architect, supervisor, delivery head, they are just try to save their own position. They do not care about any other employees. I am part of ANZ and ASEAN geography. It's toxic , political, with incapable leaders Coforge in general is sales and number driven organisation with no focus on employees, their skills or their well being. They pay well as long as their margins are made. Mostly people continue to work with Coforge for high salaries and compromise with loss of dignity. But cant complaint people have got to serve food on the table I wish the organisations survive and thrive only if they are employee focussed. Being customer focused is q crap, because one cnnot be employee focussed has the empathy vein missing. Anyways the leaders here are thinking short term, work on higher roles and higher salaries and exit after 2 years. All good leaders here leave. Tbey dont have much projects after 4 months of joining they put me in bench more than 6 months and asked ne to come daily. They told in offer letter that they will provide cabs. But project denied it due to cost even after i changed my stay near to office.
