There are tieups with lot of learning programs, and have a good set of training calendar if someone is really interested in learning new technologies. Initial benefit are good, however upraisals are another story.

Like another service organisations, customers are first, however employees are ignored in many cases, where the company could take proactive decisions. If depends on project to project but in general, most concerned on savings and least concerned about employees. Upraisals are poor, very poor in last few years.
