Nothing as such, it's like any other IT services company out there.

Dislikes

There are many. I will try to list down few: 1- Opportunities for professional development and career progression are limited. 2- There is a noticeable presence of partiality and bias within the company. Certain individuals receive preferential treatment. 3- The appraisal process is unsatisfactory and lacks transparency. Even the highest rated employees did not receive their full variable pay, which is part of their compensation package. I guess this variable is a big trap from major IT services companies, never say yes for them. 4- The management at project level is subpar, with many incompetent individuals occupying key decision making positions. Nothing is there in the list to like. It is just that I and mostly people like me are stucked, not able to get some time to study and because of their work timings and poor work life balance.

Dislikes

The list is long - - Biased and horrible management - they are not going to give you rating or promotion even after the client's appreciation or not matter how much you worked hard and produced results, until and unless you are not the kind of chamchas. - The kind of people getting promoted, for eg. Tech archs promoted people don'teven know what is an interface. - too much micromanagement, no one is bothered what is going in their team - Dishonest and with zero skill BAs and managers are leading the projects who are too afraid to ask anything to client or take stand for their team. - most of the projects gets wrapped up in 15 days to 2 months, no stable clients - The senior most leadership is too harsh on their employees whether to consider genuine cases or releasing the justified bonuses or increments - The resource deployment group is bunch of fools who dont even know the diff b/w Java and javascript. They are only focussed to deploy in any project, your personal criterias not at all matters to them. - Forcing people to visit their remote office in any condition ( not ready to listen any of their problems) and instead of providing free cabs as a benefit due to their remote location but they increased their charges from 3500rs to just double 7000rs. - Even stopped few perks which they used to give this year - just see the employee benefits and you would come to know they are making fools. - managers and their chamchas are in a mission of making the life of juniors on a daily basis.
