I was happy to join in short notice period with good hike but there is also loop hole, Annual function are good & some basic benifit like allowance.

The organisation doesn't meet standards & importance, hired on urgent basis and fire immediately. Atleast they don't have project should not hire. Employees on payroll, There is poor organization management under project, CEO. Don't know what is happening in project client side within the team.
