No job security at all, They have some clowns running the organization who decides collegues capabilities on short interaction. Management then put you on PIP to supposedly increase your productivity but infact what happens is you get into depression & you leave the job. if you decide to leave they will not even give you any prior notification about the LWD & will relieve you based on their convenience. Absolutely zero benefits in working for this organization....Read More
