Overall, it is good for fresher techies.

Dislikes

They did well till 2022 but there has been a drastic change in culture, hikes, and vision in the last 2 years. No transparency, lower job security, unnecessary layoffs. Favoritism.

There is nothing you can like about coditas work place politics, favouritism are the rules of managers.

Dislikes

Zero job security they fired whole intern batch in 2023, fired testers in 2024 another batch of Dev's got fired in 2024 so won't recommend it .
