Dislikes

1.As Projects are promised with unrealistic deadlines resulting into No Work Life balance . 2. login time is around 11 but there is no fix logout time .You work 12-14 hrs everyday. including Weekends and no public holidays. 3. Senior management does not have idea what actually the project state is resulting in always Burnout states while working. 4.Senior Team members are not technically sound . They speak Illogical things.whenever you need technical help nobody helps you but everyone Humiliates you. 5.HR organizes Boring events. And every event Cost cutting is there. 6.Less salary hikes and fake promises by managements 7.
