1.There are not much projects that they hold,so even experienced people have to be in bench for long period. 2.Salary and appraisals are very poor, not worth to work for. 3.No hybrid model,no flexibility for work-from-home. 4.Wadgaonsheri office location is not accessible to people who are travelling with public transport.Not much lunch/mess options nearby.

They don't value your hardwork. No work-life balance. They say people first but do not follow it. Toxicity of senior employees makes the situation worse. The fresher and employees with 1 year experience are paid the same. No work from home policy. No performance based appraisal. No fun activities, you have to just work and work.
