This company is poor in terms of giving it's employees proper reimbursement, promotion and salary. You will not get salary on time , it's always delays and HR will not listen you I have left company long time ago but my one month has not released , they have kept my one month salary , this happened not just with me but my with teammate also who has left . Never ever seen this kind worst company. Comparing CMS better than contractor companies at least they have complete the settlement within the committed time duration. I would recommend don’t join this company most worst company. And one more thing about the appraisal, when I was won’t get on time salary and no appraisal. Around 4years this company within this duration I got only one time Appraisal only 1800 but my salary is take home 45k . Pls note my experience is 9years basically low salary....Read More

When you resigned from job they are not giving your last salary and also when you are trying to contact to the company for your FnF and your last salary they not respond to your any email massages and calls. CMS IT Services is not providing last salary after leaving job. I have served my notice period and I have clean exit but they are not giving my last salary and they are not responding on calls and emails. This company is completely defaulter. Very Worst organisation. Service delivery team Manager Umesh Rane and Imran and HR team Not response properly and doing politics in this organisation. Very Very Worst in management, communication, and team coordination, too much deviation, no pre planned or post planning. Very very Worst Organisation. I never Ever saw this kind of organisation.
