CMS IT Services is only good for those who have just began their career. I strongly feel that CMS needs to work on Salary Structure as per current demand. Also, that they lack in core competency as per today's trend. There is a core team with no hands-on on new technologies. You can't get a good resource at very low cost.

The terrible thing about SMS IT SERVICES is salary. Incriment is like election, once in five year and that to maximum between 1200 to 1500.

No increment in five years. No promotions in 5 years. They just hire every employee in Retainer post. The same employee just received take home salary no pf and others benefits. The Company just ruined every employee's life. Request to all off the job seekers don't join CMS IT services.

When you resigned from job they are not giving your last salary and also when you are trying to contact to the company for your FnF and your last salary they not respond to your any email massages and calls. Very Worst organisation. Service delivery team Manager Umesh Rane and Imran and HR team Not response properly and doing politics in this organisation. Very Very Worst in management, communication, and team coordination, too much deviation, no pre planned or post planning. Very very Worst Organisation. I never Ever saw this kind of organisation.
