I have worked in company and at the time of last working day my senior is give fake alligation and very bad experience and his name is Maqsood and it's very bad senior and I have given proper resignation but ye log fake alligation lagate hai last working day pe aur kahte hai sabhi fake alligation

There wasn't a single aspect of the Job that I enjoyed. The management was disorganized and unresponsive.

My experience with CMSIT Services was truly disappointing, and a major part of that was due to Amit Singh, the delivery manager. He exhibited a complete disregard for the concerns of the trainee engineers, choosing to follow his own preferences without any consideration for our needs. He continuously pushed us to relocate to Gurgaonor Haryana, completely ignoring the fact that many of us were from Delhi and couldn't afford the hefty travel expenses with our meager 12,000 Rs per month salary. To make matters worse, they made commitments to increase my salary in line with the minimum wage in Delhi after a year of service. However, when the time for the increment came, they transferred me to Haryana instead. This was incredibly frustrating and felt like a betrayal after dedicating a year of my life to the company. As a result, I decided to leave the company. Even though I worked diligently and was even recognized with the "Employee of the Month" award, I still haven't received my experience letter or relieving letter to this day. It's evident that the company's lack of respect for its employees goes beyond just Amit Singh's behavior.
