Its not a good place to work, so none.

Dislikes

No possibility of anu growth be it career or monitory. You are ususally in the dark when it comes to these aspects. The HR team there are terrible. Right from their suopport for your greviances/concerns, their communication skills (both oral and written communication is terrible and don't even bother to ask about the other staff in the organization), and HR's coordination after the exit is poor and a bit rude too. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
