Hi, I was here for more than 2 yrs and when I left the organization and after that, I have struggled a lot for the exit formalities regarding the experience letter and other documents in the first place, second this is that its 7th month since I have left the organization but still the full and final amount is not settled even aftersending several emails to the concern people and the organization. Tried reaching higher management people as well but no response and no reply at all. How they are dealing with the Ex. Do employees like this? When I was there then also I was not happy with the service and the response to the problems which I raised to the management. So it was not a good taste for me to spend my 2 and a half years within the organization and I am very disappointed with the response from all....Read More

We can't improve our skills if we join that company.And no increments in salary.

Dislikes

Salary which they provide is not good.The kind of salary a seven years experience guy gets you can't even imagine how less he is getting.Dont join that company.
