The learning and skill development in this company is tremendous. Sometimes, it can affect your work life balance as you would need to give extra input based on the requirement of the project. However, if somebody wants to learn fast and has the zeal, this company provides a lot of opportunities for that. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
